Return to the Fire “Beefsteak” Event will feature Chef Larry Delgado from the region preparing over 800 lbs of the most premium beef cuts over open fire. Meals will be served in family style portions, with wine & beer. The night will include music and a commemorative Return to the Fire MXLAN apron for all.
